Refund Policy

1. General No-Refund Policy

Muqawil HUB operates under a strict NO-REFUND policy for all payments, including but not limited to subscription fees, commissions, and any other charges. This policy applies without exception, regardless of the circumstances, reason for cancellation, level of platform usage, account status, or any disputes between users. By making any payment to Muqawil HUB, you irrevocably waive any right to request, claim, or receive a refund, chargeback, or payment reversal of any kind. This policy is a fundamental term of your agreement with Muqawil HUB and is disclosed in compliance with Article 10 of the Saudi E-Commerce Law (Royal Decree No. M/126).

2. Subscription Fees - Non-Refundable

All subscription fees paid to Muqawil HUB are strictly non-refundable under ALL circumstances, including:

  • Voluntary cancellation of your subscription at any time, for any reason
  • Suspension or termination of your account by Muqawil HUB for violation of Terms of Service
  • Suspension or termination of your account due to non-payment of commissions or other fees
  • Failure to use the platform or any of its features during your subscription period
  • Dissatisfaction with platform features, functionality, or performance
  • Changes to platform features, pricing, or terms of service
  • Business closure, bankruptcy, or any change in your business circumstances
  • Technical issues, downtime, or service interruptions (force majeure events)
  • Any dispute with other users on the platform
  • No pro-rata refunds, partial refunds, or credits will be issued for unused subscription periods

3. Commissions - Non-Refundable

All commission fees paid or payable to Muqawil HUB are strictly non-refundable under ALL circumstances, including:

  • Cancellation of a deal after it has been marked as completed on the platform
  • Disputes between buyer and seller regarding deal terms, quality, or delivery
  • Partial or incomplete performance of the deal by either party
  • Default or non-payment by the buyer after deal completion
  • Any subsequent agreement between parties to modify or void the original deal
  • Claims of fraud, misrepresentation, or breach of contract between users
  • Legal disputes or court orders affecting the underlying transaction
  • Commission is calculated on the total deal value and becomes due immediately upon deal completion, regardless of subsequent events

4. Deal Cancellations Between Users

Muqawil HUB is not a party to transactions between users and bears NO responsibility for:

  • Refunds between buyers and sellers for cancelled or disputed transactions
  • Quality, condition, or fitness of products, services, or project deliverables
  • Performance, non-performance, or partial performance of any agreement between users
  • Financial disputes, payment issues, or collection matters between users
  • Any claims arising from user-to-user transactions conducted through the platform
  • Users must resolve all transaction disputes directly between themselves
  • Muqawil HUB will not mediate, arbitrate, or intervene in user disputes
  • Platform commissions remain due and payable regardless of any user-to-user refunds or cancellations

5. Credit Notes - Limited Exceptions

In rare and exceptional circumstances, Muqawil HUB may, at its sole and absolute discretion, issue credit notes (NOT refunds) for the following situations only:

  • Documented system errors resulting in duplicate charges (requires technical verification)
  • Administrative corrections for billing errors made by Muqawil HUB (not user errors)
  • Overpayments that exceed the correct amount due (requires documentation)
  • Credit notes may only be applied to future platform charges and have no cash value
  • Credit notes are non-transferable and expire within 12 months of issuance
  • Muqawil HUB reserves the right to deny any credit note request at its sole discretion
  • Issuance of a credit note does not constitute admission of liability or error

6. Chargebacks and Payment Reversals

Attempting to reverse payments through chargebacks or other means is strictly prohibited:

  • Any chargeback attempt constitutes a material breach of these terms
  • Muqawil HUB will vigorously dispute all chargebacks with payment processors
  • Accounts involved in chargeback attempts will be immediately and permanently suspended
  • All outstanding commissions and fees become immediately due upon chargeback attempt
  • Muqawil HUB reserves the right to pursue legal action to recover disputed amounts plus legal fees
  • Users may be reported to credit agencies and fraud prevention services
  • By using the platform, you waive any right to initiate chargebacks or payment reversals

7. Dispute Resolution

If you believe you have been incorrectly charged, you must submit a written dispute to support@muqawilhub.com within fourteen (14) days of the charge. Disputes must include: your account details, transaction reference, specific amount disputed, and detailed explanation with supporting documentation. Muqawil HUB will review disputes within thirty (30) business days and its decision shall be final and binding. Submission of a dispute does not suspend your payment obligations or entitle you to withhold any amounts due. Frivolous or repeated dispute submissions may result in account suspension.

8. Limitation of Platform Liability

Muqawil HUB's liability is strictly limited as follows:

  • Muqawil HUB is not responsible for any losses arising from transactions between users
  • Muqawil HUB does not guarantee the outcome, quality, or success of any deal or transaction
  • Muqawil HUB is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive damages
  • Maximum liability shall not exceed fees paid by you in the preceding 12 months
  • Muqawil HUB is not responsible for technical failures, data loss, or service interruptions
  • Users assume all risk associated with using the platform and transacting with other users
  • You agree to indemnify Muqawil HUB against any claims arising from your use of the platform

9. Compliance with Saudi Arabian Law

This Refund Policy is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. This policy complies with Article 10 of the E-Commerce Law (Royal Decree No. M/126), which requires clear disclosure of refund policies before purchase. By using Muqawil HUB and making any payment, you acknowledge that you have been clearly informed of this no-refund policy and have voluntarily agreed to it. Any disputes shall be resolved through the Saudi Center for Commercial Arbitration (SCCA) in Riyadh, with proceedings conducted in Arabic.

10. Changes to This Policy

Muqawil HUB reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Changes become effective immediately upon posting to the platform. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the modified policy. It is your responsibility to review this policy periodically. The date of the last update is indicated at the top of this page.
