By registering for, accessing, or using Muqawil HUB, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use our services.

2. Eligibility

To use Muqawil HUB, you must: (a) be a registered business entity in Saudi Arabia, (b) have a valid VAT registration, (c) hold a current Commercial License, (d) be at least 18 years old, and (e) have the authority to enter into binding contracts on behalf of your business.

3. User Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
• You must keep your contact information up to date.
• Account misuse may result in restrictions or penalties.

4. Subscription and Payments

• Subscription fees are charged monthly or based on your selected billing cycle.
• All fees are in Saudi Arabian Riyals (SAR) and include 15% VAT.
• Payment is due at the start of each billing cycle.
• We may modify subscription prices with 30 days' notice.
• Refunds are subject to our refund policy and applicable law.
• Trial periods and promotions may have separate terms.
• Billing disputes should be reported to support within 30 days.

5. Commissions

• Success-based commissions apply when deals are completed on the platform.
• Commission rates are determined by your subscription tier (2-5%).
• Commissions are due within 30 days of deal completion.
• Failure to pay commissions may result in account suspension.
• All commissions are subject to 15% VAT.
• Commission disputes should be raised through the dashboard support flow.
• Late payments may incur penalties as described in billing policies.

6. User-Generated Content

• You retain ownership of content you post on Muqawil HUB.
• You grant us a license to display, distribute, and promote your content on the platform.
• You are responsible for ensuring your content does not infringe on third-party rights.
• You agree not to post false, misleading, or illegal content.
• We reserve the right to remove content that violates these terms.
• Do not post sensitive personal data or information that violates privacy laws.
• Repeated violations may lead to account suspension or legal action.

7. Prohibited Activities

You may not:

• Use the platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• Impersonate another person or entity.
• Post false or misleading information about projects, products, or services.
• Attempt to circumvent commission payments.
• Interfere with or disrupt the platform's functionality.
• Use automated systems to scrape or collect data from the platform.
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users.

8. Document Verification

All users must submit valid VAT certificates and Commercial Licenses for verification. We reserve the right to request additional documentation and to reject applications that do not meet our verification standards. Verified status may be revoked if documents expire or if violations occur.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these terms, fraudulent activity, or other reasons we deem appropriate. You may cancel your subscription at any time, but fees paid are non-refundable except as required by law.

10. Limitation of Liability

Muqawil HUB is a marketplace platform. We do not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of items or services listed, the truth or accuracy of listings, or the ability of users to complete transactions. We are not liable for disputes between users or for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

11. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of Muqawil HUB shall be resolved through arbitration in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, in accordance with Saudi Arabian law. You agree to resolve disputes on an individual basis and waive any right to participate in class actions.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or platform notifications. Your continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
